JRD-450 is a high fatty acid sodium soap, for used in wet drawing (water tank drawing), which adjust the lubricant concentration from 0.5% to 0.6%, according to the wire drawing conditions, adjust the level of concentration. For the first time formulated 60-70 ℃ hot water available, as per 1:8, after stirring paste, pour into tank or lubricating fluid circulating pool, the dry powder can be added directly into the tank later.

It may be foaming when drawing started, but after using the 1-2 times, the foam will disappear and form into a certain viscosity lubricating fluid.
