1. PCB manufacturing: From 1 to 22 layers, 200,000 square feet for PCBs per month, including Sngle-side, Double-side and multi-layers. Thickness up to 6.0mm, Length up to 900mm.

b) SMT: 12 fully Automatic high-speed SMT production lines can handle the chip size from 0201 to 1206; can handle various kinds of IC packaged, BGA, COB, COG, COF and CSP, lead-free.
c) SMT equipment including the Screen Printers, the Chip and IC Mounters and the Reflow Ovens etc
d) DIP: Lead-free DIP production lines to proceed insertion, assembly and testing procedures
e) DIP equipment including the Insertion lines, Wave Soldering Ovens, Touch up lines, ICT testing machine, Assembly lines, Final testing lines.
