Hoang Quan Real Estate Consulting – Trading – Service Limited Company was founded in 2000 with 100% domestic capital.

Hoang Quan is the first company in real estate business offering packaged services, including investment, business, designing, construction, legal service and real estate appraisal. Hoang Quan has set up 12 branches, 20 agents throughout Vietnam. Besides, 7 affiliated companies and 4 representative offices have been established in The United States, Australia, China and Germany. As a pioneer in every fields of operation, it has been successful in transforming the business’s goal from trading and brokerage into investing in industrial parks; residential areas; highrise buildings; designing and constructing residential and civil projects.



At present, Hoang Quan Company is the project owner of the following projects: 162 – hectare Binh Minh Industrial Park in Vinh Long Province, 353 – hectare Ham Kiem Industrial Park in Binh Thuan Province, 407.28 – hectare Du Long Industrial Park in Ninh Thuan Province; 3,7 – hectare Hoang Quan Plaza, a Complex of trading center, offices for lease and high – class apartments, with 9 highrise buildings of 15 – 18 storeys in South SaiGon, and a 300 – hectare An Giang Urban Area in An Giang Province. Moreover, thousands of houses and many IP projects in Hochiminh City, Ha Noi, Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Can Tho etc. and Son Tra Resort in Da Nang City are being traded at Hoang Quan Real Estate Centers. As a result, Hoang Quan Company was granted 5 certificates of ISO 9001:2000 quality management system by BVQI (UK) and RAB (USA) for Hoang Quan Real Estate Limited Company, Hoang Quan Real Estate Appraisal Limited Company, Hoang Quan Law Office, Hoang Quan Mekong Real Estate Joint Stock Company and Hoang Quan An Giang Real Estate Joint Stock Company. Hoang Quan Law Office and Hoang Quan Appraisal Company are the very first companies in those fields granted the ISO 9001:2000 quality management certification in Ho Chi Minh City.

In September 2004, Hoang Quan company received Vietnamese Gold Star Award for Hoang Quan Brand. Also in 2004, Hoang Quan Brand was voted to be “Strong brand” by the readers of Vietnam Economic Times and by the Promotion Center belonging to Ministry of Trade.

In 2005, company won “Vietbuild Golden Cup – Vietnam Favourite Brand” in construction industry by the Readers of Saigon Businessmen Magazine and was awarded the golden cup for brand of construction industry and the top brand of Construction Industry
