I. Structural characteristics

1. Unique shape:
Our troughing rollers are designed with a unique shape, featuring multiple idlers arranged at specific angles to form a trough structure. Typically, the middle idler is horizontal while the idlers on both sides are inclined, resembling a "V" shape, better able to carry conveyor belts.

Made from high-quality steel or other wear-resistant materials, ensuring strong bearing capacity and impact resistance. It enable our troughing idlers to adapt to harsh working environments effectively.

II. Performance characteristics

1. Good guiding property:
The trough structure can play a good guiding role for the conveyor belt, prevent the conveyor belt from deviating, and ensure the stable transportation of materials.

2. Increase the conveying inclination angle:
Compared with parallel idlers, our efficent trough idler set can increase the conveying inclination angle of the conveyor belt to a certain extent, improve space utilization, and is suitable for occasions with complex terrain.

3. Strong bearing capacity:
Since the trough structure can better wrap the conveyor belt and materials, the bearing capacity of the idler set is greatly improved, which can meet the needs of heavy-load transportation.

3. Roller/idler material specification:
Shaft:
45# STEEL. Cold-drawn steel S235JRG2 (EN10027-1); ST37 (DIN17100); E24 (AFNOR NFA 35501).
Tube:
Q235. DIN2394 standard, the material is ST37 conforming to DIN 17100 standard.
Bearing housing:
Cold stamping processing conforms to ISO M7 precision, cold rolling and calibration. The raw material conforms to DIN1623-1624 standard.
Inner sealing ring:
NYLON6 (ISO Pa6).
Bearing:
Deep groove ball bearing (clearance class C3) of DIN 6263 series. Labyrinth seal: 3-groove type, material ISO PA6 (nylon 6).
Cover:
Cold impacted by deep-drawn steel EU 10111-DD13.
Outer sealing ring:
Rubber sliding V-ring, wear-resistant, low-friction, ozone-resistant NBR nitrile butadiene rubber.
Protective cover:
Mechanical protective bushing to prevent stone impacts. The material is POM polymer or anti-corrosive zinc, aluminum, and copper alloys. Lubricating grease: Water-proof and dust-proof NLGI grade 2 or 3 lithium-based grease is used during assembly for long-term lubrication.
Roller protection:
Various types of painting, plastic spraying, galvanizing, and anti-rust tectyl oil.
