All the rotating parts including cooling, charging alternator and driving belt are fully guarded by the steel device. If necessary, exhaust hose and charger protector can be provided.

● Cooling system
With the heavy-duty radiator and cooling fan, the standard ambient temperatures can be up to 40℃
● Engine
Deutz heavy-duty engines can release the energy of diesel, with higher applicability, meeting the current requirements.  
● Filters
Heavy-model air filters including the maintenance indicators. Fuel filters and oil filters are changeable.
● Generator
Brushless generator with the long-term design includes the damp windings, cooling system and closed bearing. And also 12 pin terminator, insulation class H, 2/3 windings, THF is less than 2%, and TIF value is less than 50.
● Wires
The wires of DC generators and alternators placed in the water-proof wiring harness are separated. Industrial multi-connectors are at the end of the wires. Mechanical plugs and receptacles can be connected, examined and replaced quickly. Each plug is placed in the special placed to avoid the misplacement.
