The VF6000 series butterfly valves are used for shutting off or regulating the flow of hot or chilled water in a HVAC system.
Mounted with VA300/VA200 series actuators, the valves operate with a wide range of applications, including two-position and modulating control of hot, chilled, or condenser water, and up to 50/50 glycol solutions.
The butterfly valve is available in sizes from DN50 to DN1000. The valve body is made of ductile iron, the valve stem and core are made of stainless steel, the valve seat is made of EPDM, and the valve disc is made of ductile iron with a nylon coating. The actuator is powered by 220VAC, has a built-in heater to prevent condensation, and utilizes a high-efficiency, energy-saving planetary gear system. The actuator is available in both on/off and modulating types.
