Plain spunlace is the most commonly used spunlace. This kind of plain non woven fabric can be divided into parallel plain spunlace cloth and cross-lapped plain spunlace cloth. The parallel plain spunlace cloth is poor strength in the cross direction (CD). It is usually used in make-up pads, wipes, automobiles, and other fields. The cross-lapped plain spunlace cloth has uniform strength in the machine direction (MD) and cross direction (CD), and the cloth surface is flat and uniform. The cross-lapped plain spunlace cloth is the most widely used spunlace cloth. According to different materials, the white non woven fabric can be produced, and various deep-processed spunlace cloths can be produced according to the different treatment methods such as dyeing, printing, and finishing. This kind of plain non woven fabric covers almost all application fields of spunlace cloth. The semi-cross-lapped plain spunlace is the composite of parallel and cross-lapped, and one side is parallel, the other cross-lapped.
