The Airtight Channel System
The Characteristics of System
Channel system controls the air transport path, provides high density of refrigeration guarantee;
Significantly improve the cool air utilization of the air-conditioning system, reduce consumption of data room;
Cold Aisle is modular design so that can achieve quick connect;
Intelligent control host can connect with fire extinguishing system,and upload the data of environment;
Using the design of fire-proof material automatic monitoring and warning improve security.
The Frame of Cool Channel Airtight System
By obturating cool air entrance in the front of cabinet, the cool channel airtight system can put the cool air made by precision air-conditioning transport to the front-end of IT device as design plan. In order to improve the utilization of heat and cool air and realize the effect of energy saving and emission reduction by adding a flow sealing plate to isolate heat and cool air inside of the cabinet. The structure include channel activity containment door, channel airflow containment door, airflow control units of floor and cabinet.
The Frame of Heat Channel Airtight System
The heat channel airtight system, by concentrating heat air in the control areas exhausted behind the cabinet, and unify reflow to precision air-conditioning return air grille so that heat air can not spread in internal cabinet during the whole process. The cold source air inlet of the cabinet is not disturbed by it, and there is no energy loss of the product, which improves the efficiency of air conditioner.
