, the rubber powder from waste tire, after been regenerated, can be made into rubber products, such as fine rubber powder, green glue, rubber flooring, car fender, etc., which are widely used in rubber industry, building materials industry, footwear, agriculture, and other industries. The process of waste tire recycling at room temperature is: (1) Waste tire is cut by tire cutter, then is sent to tire crusher for crushing, which is classed as crude crushing and fine crushing.
(2) After crushing, the rubber pieces are sent to magnetic sorter for wire moving, which can remove wire and reduce the abrasion of the later machines.
(3) After fine crushing, the rubber granules are filtered, the crude are send back for further crushing, the fine are sent to muller.
(4) The rubber granules are ground into fine rubber powder in muller.
(5) The rubber powder is packed after airflow sorting.
In short, the process is as following: Crushing — fine crushing — wire and fiber moving — grinding — 40-200mesh sorting — packing
