Machines:   We provide the PE-750×1060 jaw crusher×1, PF-1315 impact crusher×1, 3YA2160 vibrating screen×1, ZSW-420×110 vibrating feeder×1, LC3000X4000 Hopper×1 and free installation.
In gold ore crushing plant, the large pieces of gold ore evenly through the feed hopper into the primary crusher(Jaw crusher) by vibrating screen for the coarse crushing process; After the coarse crushing plant, the gold ore will be sent into the crusher machine(Impact crusher or Cone crusher) by belt conveyor for further crushing; After the fine crushing process the gold ore will be sent into the vibrating screen by conveyor belt for screening. After screening, the gold ore which meet the size of requirements, will be sent into gold product stockpile by finished product conveyor; The the gold ore which is not meet the size of requirements, will be sent into impact crusher or cone crusher for re-crushing process. The hole gold crushing plant is the closed loop. At the end, the finish size of gold ore can be combined or grading according to the needs of users. To protect the envgoldment, we provide the secondary gold dust processing equipment for free.
