etailed Product Descriptions of Vertical Kwiklock:

• It form the support or the uprights and are made from Standard Scaffold Tubes of
48.3 X 4 mm thick. They have a series of Pressed welded at nominal 495 mm on the
tube to provide a location for ledger and transoms.
• The surface will be hot-dipped galvanized or powder coating.
• Erected quickly & easily• Material Q235,Q345, Q195 or Customer requested.
1.Cuplock scaffolding  vertical is made from Q235 steel welding pipe which allows more than 4 tons load on each leg.

2.According to the international standard,one Vertical Kwiklock is welded a top cup and bottom cup every 600mm.

3.A sleeve base is welded at the bottom of Vertical Kwiklock so that verticals can outer connect one by one.

4.A position fixed pin is welded near the cup to fasten the top cup.

5.The length of the Vertical Kwiklock can be made as customer\\\'s need for different heights of building.

6.The welding position of cups can also be changed so that Vertical Kwiklock can join horizontals at different heights.
