1. Soft wax flake RL-K1 has very soft,smooth handle feel and good anti-static property.Especially apply for all kinds of cotton,flax,blended fabrics and knitted fabrics,can improve fabrics raising and rebound resilience. 2. Apply for all kinds of denim,washing fabrics,cotton,polyester&cotton,finished fabrics have good soft,fluffy,smooth and hydrophilicity property.  3. Soft wax flake RL-K1 suitable apply for bleaching fabrics has very low yellowing,even though heat setting temperature reach 200℃.
4. Soft wax flake RL-K1 improve character of fabrics and yarn,reduce frictional factor between fabrics and metal.
5. Soft wax flake RL-K1 has good compatibility with nonionic and cationic chemicals,but should do experiment first.
6. Soft wax flake RL-K1 has good stability,non sensitive to electrolyte,stable in weak acid condition.
Dissolve:
1.     Cold water dissolve method:Add 5-8% proportion of K1 into water of 30℃ slowly while stir, and stir to disperse for 3-5 minutes,place for 1-2 hours,then stir slowly till dissolve completely and become paste for use.
2.     Warm water dissolve method:Add 5-8% proportion of K1 into room temperature water slowly while stir, and stir for 3-5 minutes,heat to 50-60℃,then stir continue for 10-15 minutes till dissolve completely and become paste for use..
Direction for Usage:
Dip padding method: soft wax flake K1,2-3g/l, room temperature 30-40℃.
Immersion method:soft wax flake K1,0.3-0.8% (o.w.f.),bath ratio 1: 10-15,temperature 40-50℃, runtime 15-30 minutes.
Storage and Package:
Soft wax flake RL-k1 pack in 25kg woven bag,polybag inside.
Store in a cool, dry place, shelf life of 12 months.
