Design features:
*     Cardboard transmission adopts vacuum adsorb equipment, with wind control. keep flute profiles stable under high-speed working condition.
*     Ventilator keep the corrugated paper in 180°negative pressure zone of corrugated roller, with vaccum tank, to complete the corrugation.
*     Air draft groove of Lower Corrugated Roller is less than 2mm, made no stripe mark on single corrugated cardboard.
*     Gimbal transmission with unattached drive box，more stable transmission，reassuring feeding and higher self- maintenance
*     Reducer casing adopts Oil Bath Lubrication and Shut form Gear Transmission, make little mechanical vibration.
*     Auto-cyc supply glue, pneumatic control of glue supplying and returning, with buffering effect.
*     Glue Roller surface are treated by special mesh snicked and chromeplated.
*     Upper and lower corrugated rollers are made of 48CrMo high quality alloy steel，after heat-treatmnt．Its rigidity is HRC58-62°，the surface are whetted and plated chrome．
