Pasta plant

Pasta is a popular Italian food item. It comes in various shapes and sizes. They are made by semolina flour. The flour is extruded into the shape of of the Pasta to be made like Macaroni, Vermicelli etc and then dried with drying machine. By changing the die in the extruder we can get the desired pasta. The dried pasta is later packed with suitable packing machine.

Machines involved in Pasta Plant:

Flour Mixer
To mix the semolina flour with warm water and prepare the dough for Pasta

Single Screw Extruder
To extrude the flour into desired shape of pasta. Different die can be used to make Macaroni, Vermicelli etc.  from the same extruder
  
Drying Machine
To dry the Pasta and reduce their moisture contents

Automatic Pouch Packing Machine
To pack the Dried Pasta in printed pouches.

Available Plant Capacity:

a)     Pasta Plant with capacity of 550 kg per 8 hour shift
b)     Pasta Plant with capacity of 800 kg per 8 hour shift
