CZY-G Primary Adhesive Tester

This tester is designed and manufactured according to GB 4852, compatible with ASTM D 3121. It is applicable in tack tests of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes, adhesives, adhesive products.
1. Principle
It employs rolling ball principle, tests adhesive by test the properties of the adhesives that enables it to form a bond of measurable strength immediately after adhesive and steel ball are brought into contact under low pressure.

   Incline panel, ball-placing tool, supporting shelf, adjustable parallel base and steel balls
